About Me
Gianni Villarini is an aspiring voice-actor who studied theater arts at Drew University in Maddison, New Jersey. Gianni was born in the year 2000 on the paradise island of Puerto Rico, where they had access to theatrical and acting experiences in their youth. It was during this time that Villarini developed a love for voice acting, and character acting in particular.
Gianni studied with Escuela de Artistas, a Puerto-Rican theatre and music school, from early 2017 to the summer of 2018. During this time, Gianni played the role of the Ghost of Christmas Present for a production of A Christmas Carol (which, comically enough, was delayed to February due to complications around Hurricane Maria at the time). This performance marks the first time they got to experience character acting, a love they’ve kept ever since.
From 2018 to 2022, Gianni studied at Drew University in Maddison, New Jersey, where they lent their burgeoning voice talent to presentations, sound design projects, live readings of in-progress plays, and several in-class performances.
Gianni recently graduated. They now look to begin breaking their way into the voiceover industry one gig at a time. With enough experience under their belt, they dream of eventually lending their voice to animated projects.
